By signing the application form also gives permission to Chotu Maharaj to communicate with him/her via all possible media, including Phone, E-mail and SMS.
Tickets purchased online are not eligible, schemes or promotions of any kind.
This Paid entertainment package once purchased is non-transferable and cannot be cancelled, exchanged or refunded in any circumstances.
If the customer is already a registered member prior to this booking, then the current paid registration amount will be refunded at the counter post OTP verification.
Tickets must be purchased for individuals aged 3 years and older, following the relevant state policies.
Please retain the ticket till the end of the show.
Bags and baggage will be permitted subject to thorough check.
Outside eatables, beverages, chewing gum, cameras, electronics items, weapons, cigarettes, lighters, matchsticks, gutkha packets(pets), tobacco, paan etc.. are not allowed inside the premises.
Children below the age of 18 years cannot be admitted for movies certified ‘A’.Please carry proof of age for movies certified ‘A’.
Please purchase entertainment package for children above the age of 5 years.
To counter unforeseen delays, please collect your tickets half an hour before show time.
A convenience fee per ticket is levied on all tickets booked online.
Ticket holders are required to abide by the policies laid down by the Chotu Maharaj Management.
Entry is allowed only for valid ticket holders. In case a ticket is lost or misplaced, a duplicate ticket cannot be issued. The holder of a physical ticket is deemed to be the owner of the ticket.
Decision(s) taken by Chotu Maharaj shall be final and binding.

NON REFUNDABLE CLAUSE applicable from 1st November 2018: “As per the Standard Policy of Company the Initial Deposit and the Additional Deposit of any kind shall be non-refundable (except as expressly set forth in the Contract). All Partners, Franchise, Distributors shall make informed decision in accordance.”
